We're thrilled to announce the return of our webinar series, dedicated to exploring various facets of modernizing OpenEdge applications in the coming months.

In this webinar you gained understanding about the SmartComponent Library. The SmartComponent Library is the full stack modernization framework for OpenEdge applications. The framework supports rapid application development as well as migration of existing OpenEdge GUI or TTY applications. The framework features multiple user interface options, a future proof and standards based application backend and powerful application framework functionality – deployed on premise or in the cloud. The framework is used by teams of virtually any size.

During this session, you have delved into:

  • The simplicity of Building Modern Web Apps: Mike Fechner guided you through leveraging the SmartComponent Library, showcasing how it simplifies the process of constructing modern web applications.

  • Support for OpenEdge Developers: Valuable insights were gained into the comprehensive support available for OpenEdge developers developing web applications.

  • Angular for Custom Components: You explored how to harness the power of Angular to craft customized components. Mike illustrated the seamless integration of these components into your tooling for enhanced functionality.

We hope we could help you to expand your knowledge and explore the exciting possibilities that modernization brings to OpenEdge applications,
