BE and INDEXED-REPOSITION Cancel The title field is required!

   Should we use INDEXED-REPOSITION in BE queries? Can't even remember why we chose to always use it? Is it of any use in BE queries really?

   GUI applications use batching by ROWID (restart-rowid). INDEXED-REPOSITON is expected to make that faster.
   
   Web applications _typically_ use ROW-NUM based batching/paging where I don't expect that INDEXED-REPOSITION provides benefits. 
   
   You may have additional use cases ....
